A ‘tenants application’ document is located on our website, your first step is to fill this & return it to us. Your ABN is required for invoicing purposes. Casual rental is on a non exclusive basis. You agree to pay a security deposit of $1000 as a guarantee of returning clean and intact the kitchen as you found it, this amount is refundable on move out provided the kitchen is returned clean and intact. A check in report and pictures will be provided on giving you keys. Keys are located onsite for access in a security wall mounted lock box. Both parties have the right to give each other 1 months notice in writing by email if they wish to terminate this agreement.

Costs:

A daily rental fee of $150 per day plus GST. (A days rental is considered to be an 8 hour period). You are responsible for any/all gas & electricity you utilise whilst using the kitchen – pls check gas and electrical meter onsite each day. Rent is due on 1st day of each month in advance.
